Overview
When an emergency escalates, advanced skills make the difference.
This nationally recognised course equips participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to manage complex first aid situations, provide sustained casualty care, and coordinate an effective response in higher-risk or remote environments.
Going beyond basic first aid, this course develops the ability to assess, prioritise, treat, and monitor casualties using advanced first aid techniques, resuscitation equipment, and structured response procedures until medical assistance arrives.
In many workplaces, help may be minutes — or hours — away. This course builds the capability to think clearly, act confidently, and provide advanced care when the situation is serious.
This course is ideal for:
Workplace first aiders in higher-risk industries
Emergency Response Team (ERT) members
Mining, construction, utilities, maritime, and remote workforce personnel
Supervisors and safety personnel responsible for emergency preparedness
