Overview
The HLTSS00068 Occupational First Aid Skill Set is designed for workplaces where risk is higher, help may be further away, and a standard first aid course simply isn’t enough.
This advanced program equips participants with the skills, confidence, and leadership capability to manage serious workplace injuries, coordinate emergency response, and provide sustained casualty care until professional medical assistance arrives.
Ideal for high-risk and remote environments, this course prepares designated workplace first aiders to respond to incidents such as major trauma, crush injuries, fractures, burns, environmental exposure, and medical emergencies in complex worksites.
